The Griffith reservations system makes it easy to implement a central sales service centre while still taking reservations at individual restaurants. The reservations can include details of the products to be sold and their prices and of serving and waiter instructions. Offers and confirmations with prices can be sent to customers quickly and easily in response to reservations, by e-mail for example. The software also provides tools for monitoring reservation sales and for follow-up marketing.
